Biography

Terry Hess has been originating loan since 2005 spanning his mortgage career over 15 years. He started with Home Financing Inc in 2011 after working for Lending Tree, Capital Direct Lending and Pacific Beneficial Mortgage Company.

Terry combines extensive product knowledge, upfront communication and honest delivery to ensure his clients have a pleasant home buying or refinancing experience. He focuses on having an energetic spirit and caring nature supporting his homebuyers and homeowners throughout their home purchase or refinance loan transactions. His main focus has always been pointed at establishing a relationship based on trust and setting proper upfront expectations with his clients and business partners to insure complete transparency and smooth closings.

His real strength is putting his client’s needs above and beyond his own which has provided him a referral base that he is successful with and supports his family with. He is greatly appreciative to all his past and future clients, looking forward to continuing a successful career.
